FIND YOUR MID-LIFE PASSION

with Thelma Mariano

Mid-life is a period when family obligations finally lessen and you realize that you are heading for retirement. You can only play so many rounds of golf or knit so many sweaters! If you haven’t already developed strong personal interests, you will find a lot of time on your hands.

In this workshop, you will be handed tools & exercises to help you:

  • recognize your unique gifts or talents
  • connect with a long-lost dream
  • discover how to bring passion into your life!
  • find out what's holding you back

See where you are on Maslow’s “hierarchy of needs,” and determine what’s really important to you now. Find out what has stopped you from seeing your own natural abilities and characteristics, and how these can be made clear to you. Learn ways to connect with your inner guidance.

When we feel passionate about what we do, our senses are sharpened, we have a sense of joy, and we become so absorbed in what we’re doing that we lose track of time. This is how it feels to be truly alive!

This is the perfect time to draw on the experience, knowledge and wisdom you’ve gained over the years. But most of all, it’s time to find out what will bring YOU personal fulfillment and joy.

Many of the hand-out exercises will need to be completed AFTER the workshop, when you have quiet, reflective time on your own.
Thelma Mariano will be available as a professional life coach to assist in interpreting the results of your exercises and what they mean to you.
