Qualifications - Life Coaching
THELMA MARIANO has 10 years experience in both personal Life Coaching and group work, following 6 years in corporate training and development and an additional 14 years in Corporate Human Resources at a large multinational (Alcan, now Rio Tinto Alcan).
She also received in-house coach training (Development of Others Program) at Alcan as part of a mentoring program. She has successfully given motivational workshops in the corporate environment as well as for various groups and the public. To build on her natural speaking ability, she obtained a certificate in communication and leadership from Toastmasters International.
The many exercises and techniques she shares come from 20 years of personal research in self-development. These are tools she has tested in her own life and in the lives of others.
She effectively uses multi-income streaming in her daily life. She also retired early from the workforce to do what she loved. Her experience and knowledge in these areas are also available to help others.
Her coaching skills include good listening and communication, empathy, intuitiveness and visionary thinking. She will willingly share her experiences to help you find your own courage and strength.
